Terrible service! Disgusting pizza....two people at our table ordered gluten free pizza and both pizzas were served with burned, black crusts! We waited for over an hour for our food and there were only a few people in the place. We had to ask to have our drinks refilled and waitress never checked with us to see if we needed anything else. One person ordered mozzarella sticks and she received five sticks for $9.50 which were nothing more than frozen out of a bag or box. When the two people asked to talk to the manager about the burned and dried out gluten free pizzas, he stood there and sarcastically said, so what do you want me to do about it? He then came up with the excuse that gluten free pizza has to bake longer! He told my friend that he would take off $5 a pizza and then they only got $2 each taken off the bills. The one person could not even eat 1/4 of her pizza! We will never eat there again!

2 pizzas and pizza fries for $60... over priced food and it really wasn't anything spectacular. Basic pizza. Crust is so crunchy on the underside that it literally hurts to chew. Marinara is so runny that even when you dunk a stick, nothing stays on it. Won't waste my money there again.

The pizza here is among the best I have personally had. The wait time is a bit long but that should be expected with the food being so good! I removed one star due to the confusing at first entryway, it is at the back not the front.

Excellent Italian cuisine, friendly, courteous waitstaff. Well worth a visit, you'll love Pasquale's too; a great place to eat.

Took a very long time to receive our pizza and lasagna, even though we were one of only two customers. The pizza was just ok but the lasagna was fairly decent. Pricey for what it was.

The best pizza in town. Their Pizzas are made from scratch including the dough. The Italian meals are also great and are made from scratch. The place has a friendly atmosphere. It even has a bar and Pat's Pad for parties. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The cooks know what they are doing in the kitchen and are prompt at getting the food out in as little time as possible. I would recommend this place for authentic Italian food.

Ate there tonight. The Italian food was amazing. The only problem was that it took an hour, for our two dishes of food to come out. 30 minutes for our soup and salad. Our 2 month old was starting to throw a fit so when the food finally came, it was boxed up and we left. Waiter must have forgotten to place our order. Great food just a mistake I think. Will definitely eat there again to try their pizza. Hopefully service will be better.

Haven’t been there in years. Use to be great not sure what happened. Ordered $55 worth of two pizzas and cheese bread for pick up. Both pizzas were way over cooked. Will probably not go back again. I haven’t missed their pizza that much to waste that kind of money on a pizza.

Just had pizza, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu. Pizza is thin crust only. Both my wife and I wondered if it had any sauce at all on it. There is nothing wrong with it, just not how I like it. Wait staff was friendly. Garlic cheese bread was very cheesy. 🙂

I love the atmosphere and the food! It is pricey though. Still love to get pizza there, once in a while.

Service is horrible. Very disrespectful to customers. Serves burnt food. Food takes forever to get to the table, it's like they forgot to put the order in or something. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service and food

Best place in the world (that I've been to so far) for lasagna. You simply can't get handmade sauce and sausage anymore. Everything else, including the pizza, is really good as well.

The pizza is excellent but the wait is a little lengthy due to lack of help! If your really hungry I would go elsewhere. The wait is definitely worth their awesome pizza though!

My dad and I went there last night waited 45 mins for our pizza came out burnt waitress was concerned and new it was and asked if we wanted another dad said we didn't want to wait 45 mins again for another so we ate it to be nice she kept asking us and apologizing she went and got the owner and treated us poorly lived in rapids our entire lives we know what pizza looks like will never go there again he got mad at us for saying it was burnt and he said that's how we serve our pizzas here he kicked us out. Never will i ever let anyone eat there if they have bad service and serve burnt pizza.

Always look forward going to Pasquale's Italian Cuisine & Pizzeria. Can't beat the Bowlers Special and the service. Friendly staff and even the Owner stops by and says Hi. If you like a thin crust pizza with excellent sausage - go to Pasquale's!

This place needs some help! Overpriced, understaffed, old fashioned place, it's a shame I really hope the owner can get the wait staff some much needed help and just a few decor items and a coat of different paint would make a world of difference. Long story short for a beer and water 20 minutes for a 4 piece order of garlic bread and additional 25 and the place was not that busy. Also dont try to go in the front door they close down the entire front and only serve out of the back dining room apparently. Sad story because it seems like this place would have a lot of history but it needs some major TLC!

I've lived in Rapids my entire life and can't believe this is the first time I've eaten here. Excellent pizza and cheesy garlic bread! The deep fried ravioli were really good as well. I will definitely be back.

Togo: My parents have been eating pizza from here for decades and it's always been good. I had extra cheese, pepperoni and green peppers and it was the best pizza I have had in years. My mom gets Anchovies and loves the pizza as well, if you are into that topping. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for at this restaurant.

An amazing little place with a great history. Food was delicious and the sandwich was huge! Sat at the bar and had a great time talking wit a few locals and the owner. Ill be planning a trip back to Pasquale's in the future. We had a great time! Thanks John!

Food was good. Bartender/Waitress was friendly and attentive. Quite expensive bill though.

Very polite wait staff. But terrible food. Waited 45 minutes for bland pasta with premade sausage.... my significant other got his food 20 minutes before me. Food was very bland and simple considering I paid $18 for a pasta... also the tots were extraordinarily over salted.

Good was cold and the owner didn't help. He came out to the table and argued with me to pay for food I couldn't eat.

Went here for a special night with my wife. It seems fancy, but don't let that fool you. I got the chicken cacciatore which was the special, as well as on the menu. The serving portions for my wife and I were large and the food was delicious. My chicken was extremely tender and falling off the bone. The server was personable and friendly. The restaurant itself is lauded by locals. I would go back again but not for an anniversary night. It would be good for a regular weekend date.

BEEN HERE TWICE... THE FIRST & LAST TIME. We arrive and order. Main meal with a salad & drink. We get our drinks... then wait 20 minutes. She brings out the main course... no salad. Then she asks if we want the salad in a to-go box. No, I'm from out of town. I ate 2/3 off my meal with no drink waiting for a refill. The chicken tasted of freezer, the marinara sauce was runny. On a positive note, the raspberry iced tea was marvelous.

I had high Hope's for this place after driving by on my morning commute countless times. I don't typically write reviews. However, I want to spare the readers of this review the awkward situation I was in when I sat down, looked at the menu and saw how expensive it was. I thought to myself that if the lasagna was 19 dollars for a serving it must be really good. Unfortunately I was wrong. There was nothing spectacular about the food, service, or atmosphere to justify the food being quite that pricey. Live and learn I suppose.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are the highest in town! An Italian family bowl of salad = about 5 was $38.50? A 14" pizza $26.50? The Miller Lite was so flat and bad tasting we had to send it back and get bottled beer! Horrible! I will never go back!!
